Classes focus on releasing the tension, connecting with the breath, and helping students gain strength and flexibility. This is an all-level class incorporating a variety of postures, flow, and modifications to accommodate all students. Students will learn ways to meditate and relieve stress and anxiety.

This gentle class is a slower, more restful, more passive approach to yoga that’s meant to melt away muscle tension, create space in the body, and alleviate stress.
Yoga asana (poses), meditation, and breathwork practices can provide the support needed throughout all stages of pregnancy. This class offers a time for you to connect with yourself and your baby through gentle movement and guided meditations.
Postnatal Yoga is a class that focuses on both the physical and emotional challenges of having given birth and caring for a newborn. Â Poses will help you to build strength in your abdominal, lower body, and pelvic floor muscles, aiding in recovery, while also focusing on upper-body and hip stretches for tightness that you may be experiencing in shoulders and hips from pregnancy or carrying/feeding your newborn. Â This class offers students time to reconnect with their body through asana, breathwork, and meditation.
This class focuses on deep connective tissue to release muscle tightness, improve circulation and increase mobility by holding passive poses for longer periods of time. Yogis will remain mostly lying or seated on their mats as they focus on stretching the hips, pelvis, and lower back with the help of blocks, straps, and bolsters. This class is perfect for anyone from absolute beginners to advanced athletes.

A gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga is a great form of yoga for beginners or anyone who wants to focus on a gentle practice.
Each Party can be customized to a theme of your choice. Every party will include a yoga class and time for eating and conecting with friends. We will provide the yoga, water, and all paper goods. All you need to bring is your choice of food, drink, and your cherished guests!
